The role of Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of servicing and maintenance across our client’s equipment portfolio. It acts as the central point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed on time while maintaining a high level of customer service. The position plays a key role in supporting day to day operations, handling service requests, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule servicing and maintenance for clients
- Act as the main point of contact for service enquiries and bookings
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on priority, location and availability
- Manage service schedules, job tracking and client records
- Handle urgent breakdowns and follow up on service completion
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
