About the role

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver a strategic, data-driven recruitment function, focused on attracting high-quality talent within the homecare sector. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and leadership to drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns and proactive talent pipelines. It is a hands-on, commercially focused position that combines strategy, analytics and stakeholder engagement to ensure the business remains competitive in securing top talent.


Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a long-term talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and workforce planning

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across the business

• Use data and recruitment analytics to improve hiring performance, efficiency and decision-making

• Lead recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives and industry engagement activities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions

• Drive continuous improvement across processes, technology and candidate experience to enhance outcomes



Skills and competencies

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to design and execute long-term talent acquisition plans

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve performance

• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders across the business

• Strong project management skills across recruitment campaigns, events and initiatives

• Advanced sourcing and talent pipelining capability across multiple channels
