ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administration Officer position plays a key role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of core services. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers, you will provide high-quality administrative support, manage key documentation and take ownership of a variety of tasks that contribute to efficient workflow across the business. This role would suit someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being a central point of coordination within a busy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing daily data entry, invoice processing and general administrative workflows.
  • Reviewing, reconciling and preparing documentation required for internal and external reporting.
  • Investigating and resolving queries raised by customers, contractors or internal stakeholders.
  • Providing a range of office support such as photocopying, mailing, purchase orders and stationery coordination.
  • Handling supplier invoice reconciliation and assisting with monthly claim preparation.
  • Supporting managers and team members with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong data entry, reconciliation and clerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Excel and general computer systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management capabilities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to delivering quality work.
