ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is an established property investment business supporting clients from acquisition and construction through to settlement and handover. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the Construction and Settlements teams, taking ownership of team performance, client outcomes, escalations and the smooth progression of property matters. The role will suit an experienced property professional who can lead and develop a team while remaining close enough to the detail to step into complex files and improve processes when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the Construction and Settlements teams
- Manage workloads, deadlines and team accountability
- Oversee construction progress and client updates
- Coordinate settlements, handovers and property inspections
- Manage escalations, defects and complex client matters
- Improve processes, efficiency and the client experience
