ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Systems Solutions Manager, the Technical Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's core business applications.
 
You'll provide Level 2/3 technical support, administer enterprise systems, manage system configuration and security, and partner with internal stakeholders and technology vendors to deliver reliable, secure and user-focused solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Level 2/3 support across enterprise business applications, including incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Configure and administer business systems, user access, security roles and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity and application health to ensure reliable operations.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments and release activities.
  • Manage vendor support requests and escalations while driving service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts to support business decision-making.
  • Perform SQL-based data validation, troubleshooting and reconciliation activities.
  • Support system integrations, data migrations and application lifecycle initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system procedures and configuration records.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support the successful adoption of new system capabilities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a Technical Analyst, Application Support or Systems Analyst role.
  • Hands-on experience administering enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or similar business systems.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting user access, security, configuration and data integrity across enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows.
  • Experience producing business reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Understanding of IT service management practices, including incident, problem and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working alongside vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience within disability services, healthcare, community services or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
