This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. We’re looking for a commercially minded technology professional who can identify opportunities, assess options, and design practical solutions that improve operations, customer experience and business performance.
Working across retail, inventory, procurement and customer-facing functions, you’ll partner directly with stakeholders to understand challenges, evaluate technology options, and build solution roadmaps. Solutions may include ERP and CRM enhancements, SaaS platforms, software development, integrations, automation, data initiatives and emerging AI capabilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems and translating them into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and operational performance.
- Engage stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements and shape solution options.
- Lead discovery workshops, process analysis and solution design activities.
- Develop business cases, recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Evaluate technology options including ERP, CRM, SaaS, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Define future-state processes, business requirements and success measures.
- Work with technology teams and vendors to deliver practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Support solution delivery through testing, implementation and business adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and data-driven decision making.
- Experience as a Solutions Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Product Manager, Business Consultant, Transformation Lead or similar.
- Proven ability to identify business problems and develop practical technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience building business cases, evaluating options and shaping initiatives from concept through to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience across ERP, CRM, SaaS, integrations, data platforms or digital technologies.
- Exposure to retail, automotive, supply chain, inventory, procurement or multi-site environments.
- Interest or experience in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams.
