 ABOUT THE ROLE 
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management for major projects. The role plays a key part in driving business growth by securing new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring commercial excellence.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and expressions of interest.
- Negotiate and manage customer and supplier contracts to ensure commercial and legal alignment.
- Identify and track opportunities to build a robust project pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate contractual obligations into operational delivery.
- Oversee contract governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Provide clear reporting on tender activity, commercial outcomes, and project performance.
- 7+ years’ experience in contract, tender, or commercial management within infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience negotiating and delivering complex commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of commercial law, risk allocation, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Commerce, or a related field (postgraduate training in project or risk management advantageous).
