With a strong focus on growth and innovation, they are now seeking a Territory Manager to take ownership of the Queensland market. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Territory Manager, you will be the face of the business across metropolitan and regional Queensland. This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll build strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and workshops. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, promoting products, attending trade shows, and providing product training and support to customers.

This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building networks, and creating opportunities for growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow sales across Queensland through proactive customer visits and account management
  • Develop and maintain call cycles, ensuring consistent engagement with existing and new customers
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, product managers, and trade workshops
  • Promote products through demonstrations, catalogues, and promotional material
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand and identify new opportunities
  • Provide training and support to customers on product use and benefits
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 
  • Proven experience in external sales, account management, or a similar territory-based role
  • Experience within automotive or industrial sector experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A current driver’s licence is essential
